Absolutely kind, pleasant staff with smiling face. Excellent very central location, really close to airport and local cruise ship at Milford sound which was less packed with tourist and the restaurants, shops and town. Also, very close to casino.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was reasonably priced, it had magnificent location short walk to Cathedral Square. The property team were more than helpful.
The bed was not very good here.

Absolutely kind, pleasant staff towards all guests. Excellent very central location, close enough to a smaller, local cruise ship and Casino Cathedral square and shops and town Centre. Also, handy to Carlton Mill area.

Location: the hotel was near to local cruise ship at Milford sound which was less packed with tourist as well as the restaurants in Victoria street. The staff were especially helpful and service-oriented too.

The staff were more than helpful entire time. Besides, the location was handy and exceptionally nice for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a public art gallery. There were casinos and eateries walking distance to the place.

Clean hotel, greatly enjoyed to be near to Christchurch for 3 nights, city centre and the Botanical Garden thanks to handy and perfectly comfortable location. The staff was genuinely helpful, very amiable, provided a specialatmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the room was newly decorated and beautifully maintained. The breakfast had good choice of delicious food and drinks;)))
